Been really busy the past 5 days. Parents were outta town and i am being held responsible for many things. The maid gave me so many problems and i just had enough of her! Mum is coming back later at 12am and i had send the maid back to mum's place already. Just don't really wanna talk much about her as i don't even wanna talk about it.

Saturday i went to church for Candlelight service. It was amazing! Anyone who never ever attend one should really just go. It's touching, beautiful, peaceful and just simply wonderful!
Service as usual was uplifting and wonderful. We brought Melody to adult service so that she could enjoy candlelight. I was a little hesitant at first as she was supposed to attend children's service but they don't have candlelight service for kids. Amazingly, Melody enjoyed the service! As I've told her about Jesus Christ and sang her "Jesus Love Me" almost every night, she is very familiar with Him. Just as Pastor was preaching about Baby Jesus, Melody was all attentive and listening to God's word. When we sang, she actually lifted up her hand and pray together with her eyes closed. I peeped a little at her and i was amazed that she understands at such young age. She's only 2. So when i told her to pray as she closes her eyes, i wonder what is on her little mind. Perhaps nothing much at such young age other than Elmo, Peppa Pig, Sesame Street, Pocoyo etc... Haha. We all enjoyed service as usual.
After service we dined at Ichiban Boshi Suntec. My experience there wasn't really good. I asked for mayonnaise and i was give 2 small pathetic squirts of it. We finished them in 2 swipes. So as usual we asked for more just like how we would in other Japanese restaurants. What happened at Ichiban Boshi was...
Me: Excuse me Miss... Can i have some more mayonnaise? (With a big smile)
Waitress: Erm,.. can i only give you one? (Awkward)
Me: ??? Why?
Waitress: Because our chef doesn't like us to give.
Me: Is that so? You mean Ichiban Boshi doesn't provide mayonnaise like other branches?
Waitress: Ermm... it's just that "he' will be unhappy.
Me: Aren't we paying for this?
Waitress: You are not paying for the mayonaise.
Me: What do you mean by i am not paying for the mayonnaise? I am paying to dine here and i can't ask for mayonaise?! (Starting to be annoyed)
Waitress: Ermm..
Me: So where is that scary chef?
Waitress: (Hesitated for awhile) He is in the kitchen where you can't see him.
Le husby then said... just eat and go.. forget it... Its not like we dine here at this branch very often. Just make it easy... and forget it.
Me: Since you said I am not paying for your mayonnaise, i would like to buy some from you. (I need to eat them with my sushis)
Waitress: But we don't sell them. We can't give much as we need them to make sushi.
(Seriously, your restaurant is so big and you can't provide your customer with 2 saucer plates of mayonnaise?)
Me: *roll eyes* You don't sell them, I can't buy and you can't provide... then?!
Waitress: I can only give u another small serving. 1 and not 2! That's all that i can give you.
Mind you, 4 people were eating on our table and i could only get one? Seriously Ichiban Boshi Suntec? My only bad experience with this particular branch. All of the others gave us whenever we asked for it and why so different here in suntec? My dinner of sushis went without mayonnaise which i love. Paid the bill and left the place feeling weird. I was still pretty nice to the counter staff when i left. Wanted to ask the manager but then i just thought maybe the next time round when i go to other outlets i shall then ask. Perhaps there's really this policy? I don't know. But let's not make situation bad. Paid with a smile and left with a smile but my heart is a little unsatisfied with the answers that the waitress gave me.

Anyway, big thanks to my little brother Nick...he bought us Universal studio tickets knowing that we have never really had the time to go and really wanted to. So we set off early Sunday morning and drove into Sentosa. Everyone was excited. Not only Melody. She was really eager to meet Elmo! We queued for rides and stuff. Guess what is my favourite there? I am sure you won't guess it right. It is the Sesame Street show. So nice!!!!!!!!!!
Melody's wishes kinda fulfilled all in a day. Firstly she saw Elmo. Then she saw "Snow"and she met Santa and lastly on her most wanted list... Universal Studio's pink helium balloon!!! She stayed awake throughout the whole time we spent there! The moment we got into the car she Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....... Lol.
But it wasn't so "LOL" when my parking cost me $28 freaking dollars!!! But of course it's all worthwhile. Parked at Resort World Sentosa. -_-"
We had Thai Steamboat at my place and our night ended with our team winning!!! Manchester United VS Liverpool. We were shouting so loud whenever someone goal, high 5-ing one another!! It reminded me of when we were much younger watching Singapore/Malaysia Cup. We had a fantabulous Sunday!!! Hope that we will have more time to spend together. It pulls us closer. Whenever there's times like this, i always hope that another brother of mine, Kiang in Australia can join us. Just like the 3 of us when we were young. We terrorize our neighbourhood!!! Those were the days...I am so looking forward to our trip to Australia on March!!! I am sure that it's gonna be so so fun!!!
