Busy

Been really really busy lately. Chinese New Year period is the busiest for retail. So busy with my shop that i overlook everything. I have so much to say but so little time. So i shall just have a short update. It's 4 more days and i will be changing to my 2nd set of aligners. Wow. How time flies. I am coping much better and getting the hang of removing and putting them on. Since i am progressing into my next set there are some things that i realize.

That is, my mouth have kinda gotten used to this aligner #1 and it is not painful anymore having them on. Of course i know that when i change to the 2nd set i am going to ache for a few days.  I can't say now cuz i haven't put them on but will definitely update here. During my first 3 days i am kinda aware that the plastics are in my mouth. Just not used to it. When i eat, my teeth still ache and sore even i am going to progress to set number 2. But not as sore as the first few days. I think tomorrow i should feel even lesser until i go to set #2.

Did i lose weight? I doubt. I became more hungry instead. Lol. Ate more during meals but snack less or should i say i did not snack at all. Drinking has never been a problem since most of the time i only drink water. I am looking forward to set #2. Excited about how it's gonna be. Will it take 3 days of pain before subsiding or will i get use to it within that first two days. I really wanna know. Till then, i really need to go to sleep now... so tired.

Oops... i am hungry!!!
