Hiiii. ... when was the last time I blog? Was really busy with work. Festive period especially Chinese new year is the busiest! I am glad that the super busy period is over. I will try to update frequently. Like real. Lol. I have so many things, too many pictures and tons of videos. I don't know where to start too. So forgive me if the rest of the post seems random.
So back to what I need to update. As you know, I am on Clearpath invisible braces. My treatment period is about 14 long/short months. I am currently on my 4th tray. Day 2. Allow me to back track to tray 1,2,3 then 4.
Tray 1 was the hardest for me. It took me almost 2 weeks to get used to it. Smiling and talking was difficult and i could feel the braces and pressure in my mouth. Mouth protrudes abit for me on my first tray. I was sore for 3 days-4 days. I remembered asking myself what have i gotten myself into. I started to regret abit. But i managed to persevere to the next tray.
Tray 2 was alot easier. I was getting used to aligners in my mouth. It doesn't feel thick in my mouth anymore. The protruding mouth seems to be better on my second tray. I was so disappointed and worried that i can no longer look good in my selfie. I didn't really like to take selfie during my first 2 trays.
Tray 3 was a breeze. I only felt strong pressure pushing my teeth inwards. Not much aches or pain at all. I only felt a little sore i swear. For like 1 day only. Normally people will feel sore for 2-3 days everytime they progress to the next set. I noticed that i started to look a little bit different. My face changed. My protruding mouth seems to be pushed back so much in less than 1 and a half months. I started taking selfies all over again!!! Haha. 14 days passed by quickly. Before I knew it, i am progressing to tray 4.
Tray 4 looks like the others but this time I could literally feel the separation. The clear braces hurts this time on my 4th tray. I know i am gonna suffer for the next 3 days but it is all worth it trust me. When you start to notice the change in you. Tray 4 hurts alot for me. Not till the extend of needing painkiller but the extremely sore aching teeth is much more intense than the previous trays. I noticed that my teeth became wobbly when i wriggled them abit. I got so scared and i started googling about clear braces and wobbly teeth and phew.... it is very common. Its not like your whole set of teeth is gonna come out but it does look like it and feel like it especially when you remove your tray to eat. Damned.
I am very sure that i'll be feeling better tomorrow. No matter what clear braces is definitely much more comfortable than the traditional brace. For sure!
So now i am gonna load all those stuff that i didn't had time to post previously. Note that they are all jumbled up cuz i have no time to arrange now. Haha
And i am back to working out after 3 months of not exercising!!! I love my abs like a man.
And i was playing and testing this new app and it was damned fun!!!
And so, someone told me not to liquify my eyes and i decided to give her this video. And then in future stop asking me about my eyes.
Gotta go... Good night.
